Hello, my name is Morgan. I’m a young, Christian teenage girl who has always been interested in a camera! I had begged my parents for a camera for a long time and eventually got a small one that was good for family vacations.
I was content with that camera for a long time, but when I was eleven or twelve years old my family moved and we were walking around outside and I noticed the way the sun shone through the trees and down on the plants. ever since then I have loved to take pictures of God’s creation.
I have always loved being outside and looking at nature so I guess it was just about time I tried photography.
I’m working on expanding my photography to taking pictures of people and animals, but I usually stick to plants.
I also love God and have devoted my life to him so I give him credit for the pictures I take. Not only has he given me the ability to take the photos but he has also given me his beautiful creation.
One of my other hobbies is writing and I have a blog with a coupe of friends so if you like reading then I’d check it out! We post a variety of things and it’s really fun!

Matthew 11:28 (NIV) – ”Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.”
God is our source of peace.
John7:37-38 (ESV)- ”On the last day of the feast, the great day, Jesus stood up and cried out, If anyone thirst let him come to me and drink. Whoever believes in me, as the Scripture has said, Out of his hearts will flow rivers of living water.
The more time we spend in God’s word the more our hearts will just overflow with him. We need to thirst for knowledge and read God’s word to have overflowing knowledge.
Not only that but reading God’s word and having a relationship with him gives me a peace that nothing else can give me. I Love God so much and am thankful to know him at such a young age!
“Fear of man will prove to be a snare, but whoever trusts in the Lord is kept safe.” -Proverbs 29:25 (NIV)
A frog, or any animal really, camoflauges itself for protection; because it feels vulnerable and afraid. I think that’s how we are sometimes. We get so scared what people say about us that we often want to blend in.
As a Christian I need to stand out. God is my judge not people. People are not my standard. They shouldn’t be what I compare myself too.
Not to mention it should be about God not me. It’s not about me, as much as I don’t want to say that it’s true.
So as Christian let’s stand out from the crowd and shift our focus to the one who created us in his image. And let’s stand behind other Christians who are bold enough to stand out and humble enough to look at God not themselves.
“Most people never run far enough on their first wind to find out they’ve got a second.” – William James
”Let today be the start of something new.” – unknown to me
Matthew 5:14-16 (ESV) – ”You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do people light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a stand, and it gives light to all in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven.”
(this isn’t my best photo but I absolutely love the lights and the mirror look)
Ephesians 5:8 (NIV) – For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Live as Children of light
“Bloom where you are planted.” – unknown to me
Luke 6:35 (NIV) – But love your enemies, do good to them, and lend to them without expecting to get anything back. Then your rewards will be great, and you will be children of the Most High, because he is kind to the ungrateful and wicked.
(also thank you to my friend for helping me out in this picture and Happy Mother’s Day)
